Hey there, it’s María Meiga González! A graphic artist and embroiderer that works blending different craft techniques with modern digital forms of expression.
With a background in illustration, graphic, and editorial design, I’ve explored various fields of art, including textile installations, video mapping, and projections.
In recent years, my work has taken on a more abstract approach, pushing the boundaries of graphic expression.
A few years back, I rediscovered the timeless art of embroidery, and it’s safe to say, I’ve been obsessed ever since. Embroidery has become an integral part of my creative journey, seamlessly woven into everything I do.
In addition to my artistic pursuits, I hold a postgraduate degree in Art Therapy. I firmly believe in the transformative power of art, and I’m passionate about sharing this belief through my courses and workshops. Join me on a meditative and mindful journey through slow stitching, where we explore the intersection of art and self-expression.

Ei, hola, soy yo, María Meiga González, artista gráfica que trabaja combinando diferentes técnicas artesanales con formas digitales de expresión.
Cuento con formación en ilustración, diseño gráfico y editorial, y he experimentado en diversos campos del arte, incluyendo instalaciones textiles, video mapping y proyecciones. En los últimos años, he desarrollado un enfoque más abstracto en mi trabajo gráfico.
Hace unos años redescubrí el arte del bordado y desde entonces, estoy completamente obsesionada con él. El bordado se ha convertido en una parte integral de mi trayectoria creativa, presente en todas mis creaciones.
Además de mis actividades artísticas, tengo un posgrado en Arteterapia. Creo firmemente en el poder transformador del arte, y me apasiona compartir esta creencia a través de mis cursos y talleres. Únete a mí en un viaje meditativo y consciente a través del bordado lento, donde exploramos la intersección entre el arte y la expresión personal.
